Refund policy
Return Policy
We offer store credit only for eligible returns made within 10 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued unless the item is damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition
• All original packaging, tags, and labels must be fully intact
• The return must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery date
• The item must be shipped back within 5 days of return approval
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
Music Gear Policy
All sales of music gear are final and non-returnable, due to the one-of-a-kind or limited nature of these items. This includes instruments, pedals, studio equipment, and any other music-related products.
If your music gear arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will issue a full refund, as replacements are not available for these one-off items.
We reserve the right to deny refund claims that lack sufficient documentation or appear to be the result of misuse or accidental damage after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items (Non-Music Gear)
If your item (excluding music gear) arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photo proof. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. You will not be required to return the damaged item.
Please note: We cannot honor claims for damage made after the 10-day window or for issues not supported by photo evidence.
